Instructions

  1. Please make sure you have followed our troubleshooting checks first HERE <link>
  2. Attach any related pictures when submitting (damage returns CANNOT be processed without pictures of damage)
  3. Print a copy of this form after completion for future use.
  4. Once received, we will contact you for follow up and provide a return RMA # and shipping options.
  5. For warranty service, there are two options:
    • Deposit on new unit: Purchase a new unit to be shipped to you, as well as a label for return of your defective unit. Once the defective unit is received and a manufacturing defect is responsible, your unit deposit will be fully refunded. If the failure is due to overvolting or other abuse, a credit of 50% will be issued. If failure occurred within first 90 days, the full credit applies to both unit and shipping label.
    • Have existing unit serviced: Send in your defective unit to the service center (either with a label purchased from Ducoterra, or a shipper of your choice). Once received, our repair specialists will service your unit and return to you. Typical service turnaround is 2 business days.
